Foster and Adopt Day with a Cop, Hosted by NARTA Class 41
15 Oct 2016
10:00 am-2:00 pm Located at: Heights Church
Many times children that are in foster care have had contact with Law Enforcement for one reason or another. This experience is usually not a positve one in the eyes of the children. We want these kids to see that Officers are here to protect them and keep them safe and we want to build trust between the children and the Officers.
We will have many Officers representing many agencies donating their time and talents to devote a day of fun for foster and adoptive families. There will be police cruisers for the kids to check out, plus freebies, face painting, sports and much more!
This FREE event will be hosted by Northern Arizona Regional Training Academy (N.A.R.T.A.) Class 41.
Please come out and show your support to the foster and adoptive families and local Law Enforcement.
